PLA PROGRAFEN GRAPHENE is a black material for general purpose use. It is a material based on a high-molecular-weight biopolymer. Apart from the standard properties of PLA filaments, the addition of graphene increases the elasticity and tensile strength of the filament.

  • printed parts have higher abrasion resistance;
  • they feature a very good friction coefficient of printed parts;
  • low abrasion – filament can be easily extruded through standard nozzles ensuring their long service life;
  • improved dimensional stability of the printout.
  • Increased tensile strength and Young’s modulus
  • Increased melt flow rate allows for higher print speeds – save time and energy

What is Graphene?

Flake Graphene structure

Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms connected in hexagonal pattern. It is characterized by extremely high durability, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and very low mass. Our filaments have went through rigorous quality assurance to ensure their graphene content and parameters. Our products contain real graphene flakes, which can be detected using Raman spectroscopy.
