PLA PROGRAFEN GRAPHENE STRONG is a black material for engineering uses. It is a material based on a high-molecular-weight biopolymer. Apart from the standard properties of PLA filaments, the addition of graphene increases the stiffness and tensile strength of the filament.  The filament contains very high concentration of Graphene – this nanomaterial accounts for 7% of its weight, resulting in very high mechanical strength.

  • printed parts have higher abrasion resistance;
  • they feature a very good friction coefficient of printed parts;
  • low abrasion – filament can be easily extruded through standard nozzles ensuring their long service life;
  • improved dimensional stability of the printout.

Our filaments have went through rigorous quality assurance to ensure their graphene content and parameters. Our products contain real graphene flakes, which can be detected using Raman spectroscopy.
